Bouncing Madness Castle Hire is a member of the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance) and as such we are strictly governed by its rules and regulations. All inflatables are heavy duty commercial grade and supplied from reputable manufacturers.
| Bouncing Madness Hire Agreement & Disclaimer DISCLAIMER Please note that all persons using our inflatables do so at their own risk. The persons or organisation hiring the inflatables equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occuring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. Bouncing Madness cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. You will be asked to sign the Terms and Conditions stating you have read and fully understood and accept the conditions as above. That you are aware that whilst in your care you are fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an acceptable condition i.e. if it is in dirty or muddy condition. You will then be asked to agree that the castle is in good condition and is securely anchored in a safe position. You agree to all this by signing the Terms and conditions form. |
