Welcome to our site, Bouncing Madness is a friendly, small reliable company offering bouncy castles for hire 7 days a week.

Established in 2007, our success has been due to the loyalty of our customers who appreciate the high standard of both the inflatables and the service which we offer..

All our inflatables are all maintained to a high safety standard and inspections are carried out after every hire period. Our inflatables are of high standard of quality and have been purchased by a recognised company.

Bouncing Madness is a full member of BIHA, the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance and is dedicated to the safe enjoyable use of Bouncy Castles and follows the HSE guidelines for Inflatable play equipment.

Terms and Conditions

When you book a Bouncing Madness bouncy castle, we will send you a copy of the Hire Agreement which includes the Terms & Conditions of hire and also a copy of our disclaimer. This is for you to retain and carefully read through, as it will save you lots of time on the hire day and will ensure that everybody has a fun and SAFE day. We will require you to sign our copy of this agreement once the equipment has been set up. Failure to accept our terms will result in a cancellation of your booking.Bouncing Madness accepts NO responsibilty for damage caused to underground pipes, cables or services when anchoring the inflatable. It is cash on delivery, cheques can only be accepted at least 14 days before hire day, post at your own risk.

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the inflatable unit to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

• This inflatable is intended for use by children under the age of 14 years (Not including the Adult castle). Please ensure that no-one over this age uses this equipment.

• A responsible adult must supervise play on the inflatable at all times.

• Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed onto the inflatable.

• Shoes, badges, jewellery (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc) MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

• Do not allow PETS, TOYS, SPRAY SILLY STRING, FACE PAINT, FOOD, DRINK OR CHEWING GUM to be taken onto the inflatable (to avoid damage, mess or choking)

• Do not allow the children to climb, hang or sit on the inflatable walls or attempt somersaults or boisterous behaviour, which may result in serious injury or damage to the inflatable unit.

• AVOID OVERCROWDING! - Limit the number of children on the inflatable at any time to a safe number and in groups of similar size and age.

• Please do not smoke or erect a BBQ near the inflatable.

• Do not allow anyone to bounce on the safety step, The step is there to assist users in getting on and off the unit safely.

• If the inflatable has to be deflated at any time, please switch the blower off at the mains supply (and not from the extension reel).

• Do not allow the children to be on the unit during inflation and deflation.

• The inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off (as previously described). Any wetness including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel when the unit has been re-inflated.

• Please ensure that NO children are left to play UNSUPERVISED near to where the electric blower is situated (usually behind the back wall of the unit) as small children may be tempted to place either small objects or fingers onto the air vents (located on the side of the blower) which also have a strong sucking action.

• In the event of rain, please place a small table or chair etc., over the blower to prevent the rain water from being sucked into the blower and then inevitably into the inflatable unit.

• Under NO circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver. All equipment should be kept in a secure environment with adequate supervision as you will be held liable for any loss or damage.

1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

3. How much does it cost?
Please see the inflatable page for all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location.

4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 9 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 5 pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit it can be no later than 11 pm. Please note late collections have a charge, please contact us.

7. Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.

9. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received 14 days before the party for funds to clear before the booking date.

10. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

11. What if it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Unfortunately this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

14. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

16. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14. Our Adult castles is for any age, but we do recommend that no small children bounce while adults are bouncing on that one.

About Hiring

What happens when your Bouncing Madness inflatable arrives?

We arrive on the day of your party.
We unload your inflatable.
We erect the inflatable where you would like it situated or in a safe place decided by both parties.
We use all of our own equipment for safety. Such as: Extension leads, Blower, Heavy-duty stakes and Groundsheet.
We are always thinking of safety.
All the electric points are waterproof.
The heavy-duty stakes are knocked below the ground, so that children do not hurt themselves or sand bags placed around the castle.
A safety mat is provided and placed in front of the castle (Or where needed)
A safety check is run through with you for your safety and peace of mind.
You will be given a copy.
When the castle is erected, all you need to do is use the on/off switch in the house to turn the inflatable on or off.
We arrive back at an agreed time to collect the inflatable.
You do not need to do anything. We collect the inflatable and leave.
You can continue having a great time at the party.

Bouncing Madness Castle Hire is a member of the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance) and as such we are strictly governed by its rules and regulations. All inflatables are heavy duty commercial grade and supplied from reputable manufacturers.

Bouncing Madness Hire Agreement & Disclaimer

DISCLAIMER

Please note that all persons using our inflatables do so at their own risk. The persons or organisation hiring the inflatables equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occuring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. Bouncing Madness cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
You will be asked to sign the Terms and Conditions stating you have read and fully understood and accept the conditions as above. That you are aware that whilst in your care you are fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an acceptable condition i.e. if it is in dirty or muddy condition.
You will then be asked to agree that the castle is in good condition and is securely anchored in a safe position. You agree to all this by signing the Terms and conditions form.
